They do great work at a fair price. They are professional, polite, happy to explain all work and answer any questions that I have. I'm in and out in a timely manner. I've been taking my cars to them for years and will continue to do so.
John, Mitch and crew run a great garage right in downtown Williamsburg. I live a few hundred yards away and appreciate both the good work they are doing on our cars and their contribution to the community. They keep the entire property organized and clean, use attractive vintage signage, and have significant infrastructure installed to protect the environment and the Mill River only yards away. They are quick and efficient. Always a pain when cars need work, but these guys make it a lot more bearable. They've earned my trust.
Honest and helpful. I stopped in on my way home from work with my car making a weird noise and they were able to take a look at it quickly.
I almost never give 5 star reviews on anywhere but this place deserves it.
The only place where I trust with my Prius and safety. They offer reliable service with very fair prices. Unlike some national auto service chains,(cough, cough), this place actually knows what it’s doing. You can trust them with your car-this is why I’d rather drive 40 minutes to this “in the middle of nowhere” place than get my car serviced at home, the Amherst metropolitan area, where there are a plentiful of auto repair shops.
I'm not sure I was taken very seriously when I brought my SUV in and asked them to run diagnostics on it. It's still running rough and sounding rough. I know my vehicle. I have owned and meticulously maintained it for almost 12 years now. Guess I'll be trekking to the Kia dealership instead. ☹
